The two they brought on weren't a luxury though, they were the two top scorers for Blackpool who usually start every game. Grayson played a tactical blinder, sacrificing his best attackers in order to set up in a formation that nullified our playing style, then bringing Gnanduillet and Kaikai on as a different threat later on. It worked perfectly.





Yeah, agreed.
Also he was playing mind games with the two of them.
Dropping them both would have hurt them and when they came on they would be bursting to show Grayson that he was wrong to do so.

I thought that too Hound, especially when Gnanduillet didn't really celebrate the goal. Half his team mates were in the away end but he just walked off casually as if to say "point proven".

Very noticeable on the highlights.
It has happened to me in the distant past so I know exactly how he was feeling.
