Wrong man oop top

For the love of Copps stop playing Sadler as the centre forward, poor lad has no idea how to play that role and it’s painful to watch. He’s much more effective out wide with Alfie in the middle who’d cause loads more problems for defenders with his turn of pace and trickery. I’m convinced with a decent run the goals would come, unlike dead leg Kaz

I had a dead leg once. I was out for about an hour. His injury must be more than a dead leg

Sadlier should be playing wide but May is not the answer to the central position either. Our two loanees are injured and the recent free agent was presumably signed after the deadline so we only had one option today. It’s not ideal but that’s where we find ourselves.

Last season the consensus was we needed another striker to ease the over reliance on Marquis. We had Wilks who could play there too. We’ve gone into this season with fewer options and it’s telling.

We don't play to a system with a CF with pace and trickery, the CF is a target man to play off. But then again, what part of "Sadlier is being asked to play in a position he is unaccustomed to and do a job in the absence of anyone else" do you not understand? We have two CF's out with the injuries at the moment and no one else to play there, be thankful we have him at the moment. That said for someone that played so badly apparently, he still managed to assist/setup 6+ shots on goal today according to the match stats.

Have you been  tackled by a professional footballer though?
It's like being in a car accident.

Fair enough but you won’t have been having professional treatment on it every day I guess.
