Great result.  Tough tie in round 2 but we aren't exactly tired right now.

Gillingham's result is only a good one if we can beat them.
Otherwise Sunderland would have made us more on the gate money.

It’s a decent chance of progression regardless, we may win, we may not. We will never know what would’ve happened if we played Sunderland.

The good news coming from Sunderland going out is that unless we get to the fourth round of the FA Cup, our match against them won’t be postponed at the back end of the January.. if we do get to the fourth round I don’t think we will be that fussed about rescheduling it! Win win!

I don’t agree that we struggled when playing the ball out from the back.
We were never in trouble or looked as though we might concede as a result of it.
Some of the close control and passing from the back was superb.
I actually look forward to seeing what we do when we have a goal kick.
One of our goals tonight came from playing out from the back.
We create better opportunities by doing this rather than just lumping the ball up the field.
The fans panic but not the players.

Think we need to change it up sooner when like vs Burton they pressed us every time if we had done it sooner gaps may have opened up and kept them guessing but glad we seemed to have spent the time off wisely
