Looks like we're doing our best to give this away. Gills missed glorious chance to put the game to bed.

We're not getting much change from the ref either by the sounds.

Wright just wiped out by a reckless challenge from Hanlon.
Halliday got the same treatment earlier.
Ref. not interested in doing anything about it.

Theme continuing where we are slow starters. DM really needs to address this as we look like a team of strangers!

We haven't won many away games in 2019.

It spares the pain for a while. I hear the goal sound on bet365 and ample time to prepare for the worse. Though I'm sure it'll be the opposite in the 2nd half  :scarf: :boxing: :scarf:

Time to regroup and see if we can get back into this in the second half..

I would expect we’re not quite on it today, rather than not being bothered as some have suggested..

Just had a look at the first goal.
A strong suspicion of handball by the scorer as he pulled the ball down.

Evans can be good tactically at this level. It does sound like tactics as well as Gills being really up for this is a big part of what's happening. Time for DM to show class, and for our lads to to up their game.

We switched to a back three after the second goal.
Well spotted then because I couldn’t make out any shape at all in those first 15 minutes.

I won't be too distraut if we get knocked out but I hope they roll their sleeves up a bit in the second half.

This must be the first time Wright and John have played together and maybe it shows.

We definitely need some energy so Taylor at some point although he might try subbing Gomes for May first.

There has been a delay to the restart as there has been an injury to one of the officials during the first half. 2-0 #GILDON #DRFC

Apparently an official inured at HT, trying to find somebody with a hanky in the crowd who can run a line.

It is the ref that has gone off.
He is now the fourth official.
