Andrea Jenkyns gets salary for thinktank that does not yet exist

Tory candidate paid £25,000 a year from University of Bolton for ‘institute’ launching next year
The payments to Jenkyns, for eight hours’ work a week, began at the start of July.

Didn't some stable genius said a 4 day week is unaffordable, well it may be when regular working people have to carry this load.
