Daniels challenge

I think he was a tad unlucky, after all he was only a yard and half away form the ball.  :turd:

Once a season, fair enough. It happens, nobody expects him to be like Maldini at this level. No way a player of his age should be making those challenges every week though. 3/4 times he's given away stupid penalties now, with many more silly mistakes we got away with. Has to be our 4th choice CB now, surely.

Wright pulls behind him a small kart full of questionable decisions each game.

If you look at todays challenge then look at the Wycombe challenge on Akinfenwa he has got to be doing it on purpose nobody is that stupid.

Just seen the goals on Sky.  The challenge from Daniels was a last ditch attempt to stop the player scoring.  Perhaps he could have taken another stride and blocked the shot rather than diving in.  We’ll never know what went through his mind, but he was fortunate not to get a red card and it was only the new ‘double jeopardy’ rule that saved him.
I couldn’t see the build up to the second goal, but it seemed to be a similar situation to Portsmouth’s first goal against us at the Keepmoat, where everyone had gone up for a corner, leaving only one player back and that player (Halliday this time) not being strong enough to get the ball clear leaving two of their players with a free run in on goal.

Their player was a big second favourite to score where he was going to shoot from.

Did Thomas actually score for us? I couldn’t see exactly how it went in.

Unlucky my backside it was a challenge he did not need to make. 3 penalty in 4 games he has given away

Daniels has become a liability, can't get away from fact,, today and against Wycombe just to mention two , were ridiculous challenges to make especially in penalty area, not to mention numerous bad choices of passes he makes around our own penalty area on a regular basis,, how he gets picked ahead of wright is a mystery

Hope to God that he will be sent back to Luton in January.

It just seems like he doesn't want us to win  said it yesterday we needed a clean sheet to win that didn't happen.

Next game Anderson and John back together dreams come true

Both goals are from absolute car crash defending from Daniels and then Halliday for the second goal - what was he playing at? He had about 5 yards on the attacker and only needed to put it out for a throw but was easily brushed off the ball. And don't get me started on Daniels for the pen.

Absolutely inexcusable, we should have walked away with 3 points and to walk away with none is totally unacceptable.
