Nowhere near our best but we are looking very assured at the back. Good win, let’s look to improve our attacking play at the weekend.

Shrews were absolute garbage

They have beaten Portsmouth, Peterborough, Sunderland, Coventry and Blackpool so far this season - and drew with Bristol City in the Cup on Saturday - so they can't be that bad.

But hey if you don't want to give us any credit...

Shrewsbury looked ok in and around midfield but our back 4 kept them at bay relatively comfortably I tbought..

Looking at the bottom of that screen shot,Conor McCarthy signing for St Mirren,is that the lad we tried to sign,but our estimation of value was less than what Cork wanted?
