Good first half performance, Gomes the best player of the first half.
What it shows we just need that cutting edge, the lads that are playing I have no criticism but two or three more players and we would progress and be fighting for top two.

Decent half. Lacks creativity a little but away from home the right side. Gomes has been good.

Excellent half from Doncaster, competing for everything.

Gomes best I have seen him play, Ennis doing well. Just need a bit more creativity up front.

Not sure Sky being too biased to Sunderland to be honest, they are giving plenty of credit to our players and our play, and to DM.

No saves for either keeper to make.

Agree, we’re quite good, you can see the basis of a strong team, but just missing 2-3 to make us a really good outfit

Not being negative but although we are the better team we don't look like scoring,they been shite but can see that knob Wyke getting a goal from a set piece,c'mon lads

Folks saying we don't look like scoring, well neither do Sunderland, not in that first half.

To be honest, that first half was so encouraging it won't be the end of the world if we don't get a result tonight.

Exactly there is no one on the bench who could give us that extra sharpness in front of goal.

Negative me again, I can't see us getting anything if we go behind. Let's hope we go in front instead

German fella has just said to me that Sunderland will come at us for 15 mins in second half. If we hold out for that period we’ll win. I hope he’s right. These Germans know how to win a football match after all.
