It looks like the councils in deprived areas are to be even worse off, with funds transferred to wealthy areas:

So Council Tax will rise to take up the slack, just as services continue to deteriorate.
Who would have thought that Johnson would see this as "levelling up" the UK economy?

Do they learn? No they elect Boris Fackin Johnson and the Tory party who are renowned for their investment in areas like South Yorkshire...Not.

It beggars belief.
