I’m sure whoever we sign it will get turned into a negative by some

Every positive attracts a negative............ science

What makes you think he’s a wide man?

I know wiki isn’t always 100% accurate but his profile on there says Striker and he’s 6 foot one.

A good player at this level - folks would have been pleased had he signed in August.?

Wonder when this will get officially announced.?
Don't worry , I am sure there will be plenty to offer a different opinion  :chair:
Well only scored 4 in 19 and another wide player when we need a front man, so it's a massive no from me.

Ah, but don’t forget, we have been waiting for the first A list player then that is the trigger for the second and third to follow so maybe things will begin to flow now.

Mixed reviews in Scotland, missed some easy chances? Just got to give him a chance here though

Before he’s even kicked a ball for us, let alone be formally announced.?

I don’t think he’s a wide player, he was being played out of position. Perhaps explains the strike rate.

He played wide right at Motherwell because he needed too as they were short of options but there manager said his true position was central.Motherwell wanted to keep him..

If this is true i'm delighted,a young player who we can work with for our own benefit and long term too...

Unless its a typo the deal duration is a bit of a strange one.

Will sign him again in August so blunt doesn’t have to pay him through the summer

Let’s worry about the contract duration after he’s played a few times at least.  I’m sure there will be options to extend.

No it’s not, it’s a short term contract..

Will sign him again in August so blunt doesn’t have to pay him through the summer

Really.? Is that necessary to say that, unless you’re trying to be funny.?

The free Press article says its a 6 month contract with an option for a further year. Can't work out who the option is for, us or him! Maybe dependent on which league we're in next year. Weird one.

Good signing and glad we’ve finally got one in (hopefully a few more to follow!) but the fact we’ve paid a fee and only got him until the end of the season is a head scratcher. The most curious transfer terms since Daniels in the summer 😂

And this is what Moore refers to about getting them over the line.  Still awaiting confirmation on the actual contract length, but sometimes Players just dont want to sign for the duration of the contract that is offered.  There are 101 things that can make a deal fall at the final hurdle and believe it or not, budget and money are rarely those things.

I think it was Cole who scored in the 90th minute (was it for Crewe) to put them 2-1 up at the KM.
The ground virtually emptied but we scored two in add on time to win the match.

He has a decent goals record at this level, good experience for a 24 year old. Tall, mobile, versatile along the attacking line. Doubt he cost much.

I'm seeing nothing but positives here. People wanted us to sign a striker, here is one we know is capable of hitting double figures at this level. A great start to the week.
