I thought it was a premier league guidance.?  Even if it is a rule there, it’s not an EFL document so they were clutching at straws.

It’s fair enough to be concerned over player welfare, but to claim this as a rule when it isn’t, is bizarre.  If it was a “rule” correctly applied, the EFL would have allowed the postponement.
