Rovers Report Card 2019/20: #3
« on February 19, 2020, 07:58:36 pm by RoversAlias »
Hi folks,

In the third article of the series, we take a look back over the months of December and January to assess how and where Rovers have moved forward following a difficult run in the autumn. You can check it out at the link below:

https://www.intotheemptynet.com/post/rovers-report-card-19-20-dec-jan

I give my verdict on the results, squad and playing style over the winter period and judge how well equipped I think we are for the remaining portion of the campaign. Let me know your thoughts please on whether we have made the requisite strides to put ourselves in contention, or if we may need to wait til next season to really see the benefits.

Many thanks for reading and supporting the site, as ever.

A very good read as usual, I still feel the team lacks a little confidence which creates the indifferent results but I’m sure it will grow even if it is a little too late this season

Thanks DVR, I do think the mental side of things is something we need more work on but I suppose it's to be expected with such a young overall squad.
