How do I renew my season ticket online?

Unless I’m missing something there isn’t an option for renewals. My seat isn’t available to select. Anybody else having a problem?

Once signed in go to your profile then memberships/season tickets and you should be able to renew

You're seat isn't available because it's reserved for you.

I found a way last night because I wanted to do it online

Cant remember exactly but I signed in - then found a Page that listed me and those connected to my account and at the top right of that there is a renew option but it is "greyed out"

Once you select your Name with a tick in the Box to the left of it the "renew" lights up and pressing it takes you to where you want to be

Then after looking for how to do it - and finding out - I got "cold feet" and thought "b****r it I will go to the Box Office and make sure I get it right !

If you and others are listed on that Page where the Renew is you need to tick the little box to the left of your name and it will light up Red.

Press on it and you will get another Screen with what you are after.

Well you reminded me to do it, meant to do it earlier in the week but got side tracked, about 20 mins after I got off the phone my renewal pack come through the post

Ah thats where nature intervened to my advantage

People like yourself - ahem - needed to climb the Wall but taller specimens like myself could stay legal and just look over it
