Dark humour
« on February 25, 2020, 07:04:10 pm by Copps is Magic »
"Iran does not have a corona crisis" says the deputy health minister, as he stands there on the stage sweating and shivering like a nun in a brothel.

Almost as good as the Iraqi Information Minister all those years ago 'everything is fine here', 'America is ready to surrender' as the bombs were falling on Baghdad in the background of the TV shot.

Dark humour, but I laughed when I checked the BBC website today.

More news from Iran:

"Iranian police have arrested 24 people accused of spreading rumours about the coronavirus online, AFP news agency reports.

A further 118 internet users were "talked to and let go" with warnings, the head of Iran's cyberpolice force Vahid Majid said.

A special unit has been created to combat "rumour-mongers" about the spread of coronavirus, Mr Majid said."

Orwell anyone?
