On a slight tangent............I am surprised that no one has mentioned that DRFC and Shrewsbury have been charged with not controlling their players during a last minute melee last weekend and reported to the FA.
As Bob said earlier in the thread - some big horrendous names were involved back then! And later of course there was the Kevin phelan link with the sequentia stuff.Rovers dodged a seriously large bullet with all of it!

Careful, we will be getting another letter from Sue Barrington-Binnshttps://www.legalfutures.co.uk/latest-news/solicitor-who-transferred-1-3m-to-belize-is-suspended-for-money-laundering-breaches
So did it get thrown out then?
Problem is tho mart/rob/bob, several others et al (as we all well know and not enough others do sadly) - people don't wanna join the dots because if they did then the ramifications regarding the integrity of a certain ex-chairman of drfc come into question - and most fans don't wanna believe that God could not quite be what they perceived!
It is fairly standard practice to reach an agreement over time with regards to large sized payments. It is interesting to note the DFP article mentions a larger than anticipated tax bill, I wonder why this is and why they weren't aware of what their tax liabilities may be at the time? However, that doesn't get away from it being a cashflow activity and not much else. It would be concerning if it became a repeated trend but one offs do happen.

Would be interesting to know which but don’t suppose we ever will!
Of course, Lisa Mabbutt, Ken Haran and Julie Ann Richardson only had a hundred each to qualify them to sit as directors.
