it all depends on what your company cap it at, the company i work for is 1 week per year capped at 12 years, best thing to do is contact the citizens advice

Legal minimum is 525 a week for up to 20 years, all years worked at age of 41 or over are 1.5 times the rate if I remember correctly...

I’ve been given a figure for my redundancy and working my notice, and other monies owed , but I’m struggling to get the money as the company have being waiting for a CVA to be put in place. I’ve registered all this Acas but no further forward, it’s starting to stress me out a bit

Don't companies making staff redundant have to pay for a solicitor to act on the employees behalf before signing off the agreement?
