For those of you like me who grew up around the Apollo era, tomorrow marks another major step towards going back to the moon, using it as a staging post to travel to Mars and beyond.

Space X are test flying the next generation of space rocket "Starship' and this live event can be watched here...

This is intended to be a sub-orbital flight on 12.5km to test the rockets launch capability, manoeuvre and ability to land autonomously.

There's an equal chance this could go wrong with a big boom. Either way, it promises to be a spectacular event.
