Quiz
« on October 29, 2020, 11:43:55 am by Colemans Left Hook »
Something extremely rare happened to both Rovers and Lincoln City within the space of six weeks in the last ten years what was it ?

the buzz words (parrot phrases) at the moment are "clarity" and "exit strategy"

So to give you a bit of "clarity" to use the buzz phrase both teams "weren't fit for purpose"  on that occasion

and here's the "exit strategy"  to crystallize the quiz.

Clue 1 2pm
Clue 2 4pm
Clue 3 6pm

Someone received more than 5 chips in a portion?
Nobody moaned about anything on a forum?

Or is it abandoned matches? I only remember the charlton game in years of watching

both matches started and were completed Rovers home on a Tuesday and Lincoln home on a Friday night

..... long ago were the days when Rovers played on a Friday Night .  Coleman delivered his blow on a Friday night as you all know.

ok i give in yes

Rotherham had just sacked their manager and and had temporary  joint managers

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/12782156

Lincoln dropped like a stone out of the league

i always remember 2 things about Lincoln Mick Harford centre forward marauding at Bellev Vue under Taylor ? one season and then that 6-0   -- i think they Lincoln were midtable at the time

i checked the lincoln match date today and was amazed it was so close to Rovers 6-0

well done
