Happy with a point on balance. Work to be done on breaking down defensive sides.

I honestly cant remember seeing such a one sided game especially second half. Yet we nearly went home with nothing. Still feels like a loss, but a point is better than nothing.

Feel for Fej. Absolutely no service, silly hopeful balls that never had a chance of getting to him.

Desperately need John Jules back or somebody else up front. Going nowhere with Okenabrihe leading the line. It’s not an off day either, Carnot fault his work rate or hold up play but he’s there to score. He’s not had one effort all night

Yep, aside from slating the attacking play, why not aim the frustration at the officials who again have denied us blatant penalties. That’s 3 we should have had that haven’t been given now

We played well tonight
No doubt about that,
Just can’t score goals when we’re on top

Sorry Dickos but playing well means all over the pitch not just in 75% of it. We wont play many teams worse than Wimbledon this season. We should have won that game by a mile.

Early doors. Once we figure out the attack.... boom.

That’s nonsense
He gets balls into his feet and just lets defenders get in front of him, he doesn’t find space in the box it’s no coincidence that the majority of our chances don’t fall to him

They looked bad because we played well and made them look bad.
Look at their results and you’ll realise they’re not a bad side

Some of the comments on here are quite frankly embarrassing to read.

Fej didn’t have a bad game - he just didn’t have any chances come his way, but some of those eye of a needle passes by Whiteman were very close to doing so.

I’ll admit we could be better in the final third, but hells teeth, when the opposition parks the bus they are very difficult to break down.

And, did our heads drop when we went 2-1 down with only minutes to play.?  Did they f**k, apart from some on here.

We battled and battled and the equaliser was none less than we deserved.

We were even looking for the winner afterwards too.

Don’t forget it looked like we were playing against 12 tonight.

Some of you need to have a long hard look at what you posted tonight - yes the score at one point was frustrating and yes we should have won the game, but I thought the players deserve great credit tonight - some of you lot, no chance.!

I mean from a losing position getting a point is better than nothing and Wimbledon are only 3 points behind us so they aren’t a bad side.

No ref in the world would have let Wimbledon lose that game the 1st in the new ground

One stat at half time said a lot about how we played. Wimbledon 17 intercepted passes!!!! Our passing was piss poor.

No it wasn’t - Wimbledon defended very well.

Fine margins, especially Whiteman’s through passes which few players in this league would attempt..

We played well, Wimbledon are a decent side look at the table.
As a side we get in great positions with this side and if we had a decent striker he’d be scoring a shed load of goals.
But we don’t at the minute

I have to agree with this.
Someone like Pigott would score loads in our team.

Go look on the thread on the main board about last nights game.. someone posted a pic of match stats showing our passing accuracy as 86%

How is that piss poor.?
