I don’t like us having our number one choice keeper as a loan player. We have had issues with it in the past.I agree that Dieng was an exception to that.

I’d rather recall Neville Southall.

To be honest I'm not that fussed that he has gone back Give Jones a chance on Saturday and if he does well then forget about another keeper

He barely had anything to do in a 5-1 win, he had little chance with their goal and the couple of chances they had towards the end of the game were not of his making - he had one decent save as far as I can recall.I watched the first two pizza cup games where he was very good and looks assured. If he starts tomorrow I wouldn%u2019t give it a second thought.

Personally, I’d rather have an experienced guy.
We after a replacement then?
If that is aimed at me, Campsall, then you’re way off. I’ve possibly watched him more than most on here. Yes, he’s a good lad, but imho, not yet good enough to be No1.Seny Dieng showed us what an experienced keeper can do for the team and, definitely, for the defense. You are all entitled to your opinions, but I’ll stick by mine.
