For a big lad Fej doesn't half get pushed off the ball easily

Fejiri isn't a big lad really, is he? That's one of the reasons he doesn't work as a lone striker. He's 6 foot tall and about average build, hardly a big physical forward like a Chris Brown.

You would be sooo flipping angry being a forward for us. The final ball is never good enough.

We are making really hard work of this. Since Sims went off we have been clueless.

Good to see our subs meeting the players coming off and contracting them for their efforts so far.

I thought that they were already on a contract?

Auto correct strikes again.
Should be congratulating.
Smart arse.

Oh, come on, hound. It was obvious that it was an auto correct error...hence the face palm emoji. My response was supposed to be a joke. My apologies that you took it the wrong way!

I didn’t take it the wrong way.
Look at the winkie emoji.

I could swear that I didn’t see the winkie first time round. Should have gone to SpecSavers, eh?...Hang on, I’ve just seen the edit!  :)

Have you also seen the PM I sent to you?

P.M received, hound. Thanks.

Good result. Feriji not even troubling a league 2 team, simply not good enough.

Very tough game that. Very fit side Carlisle are, i thought they may have tired late on, although the goal lifted them on.

Just seen the summary on BBC2

She watched a different game to me. Said Carlisle were the better side?

We made hard work of that, mind we only played with 10 Men, Fejiri not a patch on the Carlisle centre forward

They were poor. Wasteful in front of goal, intent on moaning and kicking us and based their threat primarily on foul throws.

A stark reminder of how much worse it could be if we were still a perennial League Two side.

I think Fej plays only to be a handful for opposing defenders hopefully giving others in our team space to score..

Because if we relied on his goal return we would be rather baron in the goals for column!

Maybe he’s just not a REAL lone striker and isn’t suitable for our style

He’s not very good at being a handful

He made up the numbers, that's something.

Fej very disappointing again.
I don’t like being negative but he’s really not good enough.
I struggle to see what he offers.

I was also disappointed with Danny Amos. He couldn’t cope with their right winger and looked slow and indecisive. This was an opportunity for him and he didn’t take it. I had my heart in my mouth every time he got the ball or was challenged by his opponent.

Ben Whiteman showed his class, and Sims brilliant again.
Another shout-out from me for Brad Halliday. Superb performance again, what a player he has turned out to be.

Yep, I thought that too.
Not seen any slow motion clips but the throw in style did look very suspect.

So he had a crap game on Sunday but how many goals has he scored this season.?

Where is he in our top scorers list.?

By all means criticise a poor performance but at least recognise what the lad has done in terms of goals so far..
