The far-right have tried to tie it into politics so it's easier to undermine the movement. It's the same thing they've done for decades. Why should the black civil rights movement change their approach to accommodate fragile white boomers who are already looking for any reason to ignore BLM anyway? Nobody stops talking about green eco-friendly stuff just because we have a Green party. Should Rosa Parks have decided to sit a few seats further back so it didn't upset people like you?Is it too much to ask to be able to go to the match, meet your mates, watch the game and let off a bit of steam without being preached at? I am absolutely sick to death of it everywhere you go, ruining the enjoyment of what little life we are allowed to have. The club have chucked us under the bus to save themselves and the players. But's it you that is doing the preaching - telling people what they can do and what symbolism can and cannot be adopted by Millwall. The 'fans' had the opportunity to ignore it if they didn't like it. They chose not to. This is the consequence of those actions. It's no-one elses fault other than the people who carried it out.The club should do as the supporters wish them to. Let's see how long they would last without us? It's not like some big PL team with a waiting list for season tickets and they know it.

Was there booing tonight ? I've look on the main newspapers, but just talking about the PSV game.
So, Millwall fans’ issue is with the extreme end of the Black Lives Matter political movement.? How come (almost) everyone else sees the taking of a knee as a non-political anti-racism gesture..
Blimey looks like a picture from the 70's

Sky, Talksport, BBC are all gutted because we proved that what we said all along was true. They can all crawl back under their grubby little stone now. Hopefully we have shown the way for the supporters of other teams to show how they feel about the true racists of BLM.So proud to be Millwall.

Hopefully we have shown the way for the supporters of other teams to show how they feel about the true racists of BLM.So proud to be Millwall.I am 100% convinced that the booing would have continued had those media organisations not shone a light on it. As I’ve stated above, the revisionism is preposterous- Millwall fans were not making an anti-Marxist/anti-racist stand and the only people you are kidding is yourselves. This whole episode is incredibly sad and the reputation of your clubs fans has been further tarnished by it, so I find your pride hard to understand. I would be ashamed if it was DRFC. But at least the truth is out now and people can stop fooling themselves that racism is not alive and well. I’m going to leave it as that, as I have no interest in engaging with you any further (on this or any other topic) or giving your claims any legitimacy by replying. The fact that you have resorted to using pejorative terms (wokies) in place of sensible debate says everything.
If you have an android phone, or iPad just type the letter BLM and see what the auto algorithm predictive text imogee thing comes up with. Type coffee and you get a coffee cup. Type BLM.........
Excuse me, but it was AL who first suggested that the booing was about the association with the far political aims of BLM, not me. Notwithstanding that, booing during taking the knee certainly didn’t give that impression whether it’s at Millwall or anywhere else.If you can’t engage in debate about the point, but resort to things like what planet etc, then I’ll sink to your level. Piss off the both of you.For what it is worth, I think it is fair to debate whether taking the knee should continue at football or not - or is there a better way to demonstrate against racism..
Far too many clubs think they are doing there bit by taking to the knee. Its what happens behind the scenes that count.Just wonder how many players only do it so not to be classed a racist Freedom of speech is now dead, unless it's a liberal left view, which seems to be overtaking the world.
