And in process leaves Rotherham one point off the bottom.

Proper over achieving I have to say , good coaching is the most underrated aspect of football in these days of money trumps all .

Both ex HC Struber and taken on by present HC Val have got the very best out of this group put together for £6m , thats half of what Wendy paid for Jordan Rhodes .

Nice to put those feckers in their place tonight I have to say .

Not beaten us since October 1982 by the way  :byebye: .

With football you enjoy the ride , this time last year we had 16 points and were rock bottom of the championship .

We had an enormous amount of luck last season in staying up although we did get 49 Championship points .

Could be on to something here but as ever in football it's best not to get too far ahead of yourselves .

You said you were almost relegation certainties at the beginning of the season.

It just goes to show what a good manager and team spirit can achieve.
Still a lot of games to play so your right, you can’t get too far ahead of yourself but there will be 3 teams worse than you this season, that looks almost a certainty.

Good luck to you but please don’t go and get promoted Tyke. I want that visit to Oakwell next season.  :)

I would love them to go up for the sake of the great lads I used to work with who were died in the wool fanatical supporters and great fun to work and socialise with.
Also they are the kind of clubs the media hate to get to that level and think demean the premiership which is worth its weight in gold.

Campsall , Selby

We won't be troubling the top 6 , massive gulf in class between ourselves and Norwich , Bournemouth and Brentford etc .

I think we will probably tail off in the second half of the season and finish mid table or slightly lower .

We are probably in a bit of a false position because we've nicked some tight games and we will find ourselves on the other side of that in the second half of the season , extremely narrow margins in the championship .

There's always the chance we may lose a couple of players next month too which would knock the wind out of our sails .

Just enjoying a stress free season for once to be honest .

Great to hear, Tyke. Enjoy it while it lasts - a bit like us being in 4th, it seems a bit surreal what with everything else that’s going on around us at the moment.

At the start of the season I said I expect us to finish between 7th and 14th and at least 20 points above Wensdeh, even though Wensdeh got 6 points back, that’s still my opinion.

But in the 42 games we’ve played in 2020 we’ve picked up 62 points, we’ve been in play off place chasing form for 12 months.

If the Dingles feel safe by mid spring I will be happy for them, they have spent too many seasons struggling around the bottom 4.
