Brad had him covered most of the game the fact we kept a clean sheet against a team scoring for fun is testament to the back line and GK

Rathbone would be an ideal replacement for Whiteman... he would probably cost a few hundred grand but sadly we won’t spend that sort of money in the current climate

I too thought Baah looked a very good player, very strong, quick, and tried to have a go at getting behind our defence every time he got the ball.
One of those players I think DM could work wonders with.
Be a good acquisition for us.

Halliday is a shining light in the team.

People need to get real re Baah though, any footballer playing consistently at this level at just 17 years old will be attracting interest higher up than ourselves. He undoubtedly would require a decent fee even if he wasn’t.

We shouldn’t forget Cameron John, either. There was absolutely no threat from their right side of the pitch at all, as CJ marshalled his zone very well and still found time to get into attacking positions. I thought he did really well last night.

That Baah is a bit out of our league sadly, will go for £1m plus before long for sure.
