Isn’t one of the main reasons that John is in the team is to give us that extra height and physicality? Stood watching as Wyke got in front of him to get that header. Awful defending.

What did I say about the physicality. We never handle Wyke. He just bullies us everytime we come up against him.

Seen both goals on Sky Sports.  In both cases, we have defenders trying to block their man rather than go for the ball.   In the first case from the corner it was James and the second it was John making no attempt to attack the ball.

Right, now I'm pissed off.
I've planned my day round this, and were playing just as bad as the last few games.
Sorely missing Whiteman, haven't put in a performance since he left.

And the poor run vs Sunderland continues unfortunately can’t see us getting anything from today

I've got 40 to 1 losing HT winning FT but not optimistic  lol

I’m sorry but John is f**king useless. If he isn’t offering us that extra height at the back what other benefits does he have over James in that position?

Don’t agree. It’s a real shame we’ve conceded twice because I think we’ve started well.
I’m confident we will score, just not confident we can now score one more than them.

Come on lads!

Haliday puts a cross in to absolutely no one, that about sums us up.

Very difficult for him to make anything of it, it was behind him rather than ahead where he might have at least been able to stab at it. Particularly given Richards absolutely smashed it at him.

I would be happy if we score the same as them.

We sorely miss Anderson’s leadership and aerial presence.   Since he went off after 12 minutes of the Fleetwood game to the same 12 minute point in today’s game, we have conceded 5 goals without him.

Butler getting bullied out there, which isn’t something you can say often!
