Not sure he's ever scored for fun playing for us, godlike.  The lad works hard and has made a few tremendous last ditch defensive interventions for us over the last two seasons but his composure when presented with a goal chance hasn't ever been good and his crossing is questionable.  I do think we need better.

I wonder if smacking big Tom to concussion has dented Balcombe's confidence in coming out and taking everything with him on crosses.
I could imagine, especially with him being young and relatively new, that giving him pause for thought.
