We're a mid table team at best!

Mick Mills is right. The stats show that Donny have dominated the match, but have lost. This is not good enough for promotion.

Time added on, and we tap around the back line like we’re winning FFS!

Pathetic that. Completely pathetic.
Didn't look like they were trying to win.

Lots of possession but bereft of creativity up front. Disappointing yet again. On paper this team is capable of much more but just not delivering.

That was really poor. Too many players had a poor game. Bostock easy man of the match. It’s like we played without forwards

1 from 15 is awful. Let’s hope this slump is done and we can get back to it on Tuesday.

Much more urgency needed.

The creativity was there. We had a few good balls into dangerous areas but no one was willing to get in those areas or put their foot out.

Are our lads aware that a football match has limited time, and doesn’t just go on until you score?
this!!!!!!! The amount of time we wasted ourselves just needlessly passing it around the back!!!!!!

Poor finishing has cost us today and a lack of urgency when we went behind

On to Tuesday

I’m listening to Mick Mills, a co commentator, he’s an Ipswich supporter but his comments are very good and observant.
Cops is on for our next free kick!

You do know who mick mills is?

74% posession and how many times did the goalkeeper have to do anything?

This collapse is reminiscent of the Ferguson one.
Hope we can stop the rot.

Ipswich defended very deep and let us have the ball. We huffed and puffed but were very pedestrian.

We did have chances though. But firing blanks up front. Expected more from Bogle. Richards running into crowds.

Not all doom and gloom tho. Bostock was good.

To be fair, we've been utterly dominant and didn't do a lot wrong. The first goal was from a free-kick that never was. Just not getting the rub of the green at all at present but we need to start putting these chances away or it will all unravel.
Bostock gets better every game but Richards and Smith were not at the races today.

We were dominant because they let us have the ball, we were still fannying around with it in injury time in our own area. Unreal

Far too easy to play against at the minute.

We appear to have disappeared up our own arse trying to pass it around for the sake of it, without ever really looking much of a threat.

All Ipswich have done is sit off us and wait for us to make mistakes and give them set pieces, which we have done. They haven’t been pro-active at all, just given us a gun and waited for us to shoot ourselves in the foot.

Frustrating. Losing patience with this pedestrian style a bit.

My thoughts too, teams just let us have the ball, wait for the inevitable mistake, or conceding a needless free kick & the jobs a good 'un.

Smith needs to influence the play further up the pitch in my opinion, he's far less effective playing the defensive role, for Tuesday I would drop Richards, who is more of an individual player, push Smith up there linking up with the forwards better, with Bostock & Robertson behind him.
