Why do refs like just now with pull back on Sims wave the player to him and keep doing it waving as THEY continue following the Player

Blow whistle once... Call player to you.. Give him 10 seconds to arrive and produce Yellow if he doesnt

Agree... and it should have been Yellow for pulling back anyway AND Reeves has done it a second time with impunity lol
