He’ll be marching his flock of sheep through the town centre and there’s nothing anyone can do about it - seriously can’t think of anyone more deserving

He’s worthy of any local honour that can be bestowed. I hope it’s the first of many.

I'm chuffed to bits to hear this news, and think that this honour bestowed on Copps is truly derserved for everything he has done for Doncaster on and off the pitch. Arise Sir James Coppinger!

He’s had a couple of good games against us but I’m sure there are more deserving of the freedom of Doncaster than a Plymouth winger.

Thinking about that though, the Plymouth winger could be very suitable for the people of Doncaster as he prefers to operate from the left.

That emoji really needs to be added to the options.

James is a class act both as a footballer and a person .

Somebody to look up to and somebody for younger players to aspire to .

Massive respect for James Coppinger from this Tyke .

Apologies hound. Not had the best of times over the last few months and this afternoon seemed like a good time to just think of better times with the odd visit on here. The Hoegaardens were nice though.

Accepted matey.
I had never heard of Hoegaardens before you mentioned them.
They must be good though.
Hope your mood improves by the way.
