I'm looking at getting a log burner for my conservatory and just wondered if anybody else had had one put in or anybody that fits them

I've got one, works a treat. You need to pm Nudga, he fits them, did a great job with mine.

got one in house, not conservatory. Its a Jotul and is brilliant. its going on soon as its a bit nippy. blinking snow flurries in deepest Lincolnshire today.

The link at the bottom about wet wood burning is important.
Expect clean air legislation to clamp down on small particulates.

well seasoned logs only for me. got a moisture reader. never burn above 20%

Oh, and I never pay a penny for wood. There is always some about for free if you know where to look. Some good Facebook sites for this.
I pull over when I see tree loppers at the road side. Some of them are happy for you to take some logs if they can’t be arsed taking them away.

Having been married for over 30 years now, the only wood that is talked about is the stuff we burn.
