Maybe trying to think of something to say that won't be laughed at?

I find it strange, no snippets from Tom Biltcliffe, nothing on Football Heaven now nearly 3 hours later

Well.... Whatever Andy Butler is doing or saying, it's not working. So you have to question his managerial nous. Sad, but true. Let's just get this season over with, get those who don't want to be there, out, and start with clean slates.

Corrupt. Now you are being beyond ridiculous. They are share holders because the will have bought shares.

So buying shares in the club is corrupt. Where do you think the share capital in the club comes from?
Monopoly money.

You really are taking the p..s aren’t you. Please come clean and tell us you are.
You must be a Rotherham supporter to hate DRFC so much.

The people who picked our last 3 managers? Two of whom sit first and second in the league and the third presided over one of the best runs in our history?

I’m happy leaving the important decisions to the people with a track record of delivering, thank you.

I know you’re trolling for a reaction, but surely there needs to be a modicum of truth in what you’re trying to peddle for people to care? Try someone else’s board. No one here is remotely interested in anything you have to say.

Paul Cook Ipswich Towns new manager didn't hold back in his after match Interview today.

"You look at some of ours (Players) and it's like they don't like being footballers.
Well they won't have to wait too much longer for that too happen"

I some how Can't imagine AB coming out with that , but at least Cook is being honest.

When They got beat by Wimbledon in their last away game he said

“Our players are very, very aware of my feelings. If the whole squad didn’t want to come back from Wimbledon then it wouldn’t have bothered me. I couldn’t care less anymore.”

The players are mentally exhausted and can’t muster the enthusiasm . The season has fallen away and it’s difficult to see why after all the good work that was achieved before DM left . The players won’t see any benefit now from this failure to maintain the standard previously. Andy Butler will have learned a massive lessen from this but it’s the board who need to see and remember what their decisions do to a seasons efforts if they get it wrong or don’t prepare long term for emergencies when they occur. Keeping experienced time served ex-players on the books in key coaching roles are vital if any continuity is to see any club through a crisis . It’s hard to imagine a top flight club doing what we did, when the manager of the club  departed. Yet Gavin Baldwin never gave it a seconds thought when he handed the club’s fortunes over to an unprepared girls team manager/ coach . Lessens needs learning and situations require experts not amateurs or half baked ideas born of indifference. If the fans were present as these last few games there would have been protests and walk outs . They the board saved themselves from that indignantly. RTiD

AB is/was a senior professional, who had done his coaching badges, was on the coaching staff and had stepped in to manage the team for a game they won 5-1 along with managing the Belles. If Spurs can put a 29 yo with mangerial experience in charge of the team its beyond belief saying Rovers should not be able to do the same with AB.

And were you saying this after his first two games? Why not?

It hasn't worked out. It's no-ones fault. Get over it.

Walk outs and protests because we lost a few games...away you go and support Real Madrid.

Andy Butler was asked to take the job and he said yes . He IS NOT qualified or even had someone along side him who was . As to his only results it’s not always about the wins it’s how you cope with the loses and he hasn’t !  The players needed lifting and all he could do was ......... nothing because he has nothing to offer . If you had been there to witness all this you’d  be saying the same thing .. so don’t kid yourself , because your not kidding me !!

Yet Gavin Baldwin never gave it a seconds thought when he handed the club’s fortunes over to an unprepared girls team manager/ coach..

Butler has never managed a girls team.

He has however managed Doncaster Rovers Belles LFC, who are now part time and currently in the 4th tier of the WFL, an experience which - I will give you - will have been unlikely to have provided the same challenges likely to be faced in managing a full-time professional men’s team.

You can dress this up all you want .. but keep it real , Butler is under qualified and under prepared for such an important task , the  board  didn’t even seek to appoint someone with experience. The board did panic and Butler was the easiest on paper without actually understanding that it failed it WOULD fail badly!  Oh yes .,, it has and from 3rd place in L1 with games in hand to 13th place and still falling . Wake up , look at was is happening NOW, out of contract players being told they are not required , some not  excepting to take up their new terms contract and with all 7 loans about to return and still we haven’t appointed a new manager yet ! .. from possible success to relegation form in a few weeks . Keep it real  you couldn’t make this up !!

With a team assembled by DM, with loans brought in by DM. To manage a team already in free fall.
What I will agree is we should always have a Jon Schofield type character on the staff.
There have been mistakes and I’m sure that we are a learning organisation and will come out of this stronger
