I don't mind it, I am not overly keen on the manufacturer myself, rather have a 'proper' brand, not sure about people comparing it to Rotherham/Barnsley though, bit odd

It will almost certainly be plain on the back due to the shirt numbers and name.

As I said before, I don't like us moving away from proper hoops as it makes us unique in the EFL, but it's certainly not the end of the world.

Trying to get our identity back in how we pay the game, we may be. But our shirt identity is hoops, not lines. Very disappointed with the design. Our identity is our hoops to us and always proud to wear the hoops which is easily recognised in the EFL. Bad decision with this shirt.

Is there ever any supporter consultation when the kit is designed? I’ve genuinely got no interest in what the kit looks like, but it seems odd if we don’t consult our customers on this in some way.

Not a rovers shirt in a million years. Really poor, there are plenty of ways to make it look new without binning off the hoops. Fingers crossed the away shirt is better.

All about change for changes sake, the similar hoops would mean people don’t buy it as much as it’s like last seasons, now it looks like nothing in recent seasons if fans want the latest shirt then time to pay up.

IMO I’m not fussed and won’t be buying one

I used to buy one every year I've got loads in the loft, but haven't bought for a few years.

I will be buying this one, nice to have a change of design.

Our identity is not hoops when I started watching, along with many others on this forum, our kit was all white with a couple of red bands across the shirt with a red collar and cuffs. Hoops are only fairly recent in our history, I'll be buying this one

We’ve played more seasons in red and white hoops than any other colour/pattern - 44 seasons according to Wikipedia (so possibly/probably wrong).

We wore hoops in the 1950s for sure.

I really like it and even more so now I see it’s the same front and back. Looks pretty classy. I understand people not liking moving away from thick hoops but am not too upset as I think it was getting very same old, same old trying to find something different to each new shirt. I will be buying one, but then I always do.

No, our original kit was navy blue with a yellow cross and the players wore a tam o'shanter as well! I'm not crazy on this new kit but I think it looks better than that would in 2021.
