A lot of those highlights are counter attacking situations. You would expect a L1 team to look sluggish against a Prem team in those situations.

They were absolutely rapid on the counter. Wellens said post match he would normally ask his full backs to stay inside to provide support when playing against two flyers but wanted to get some sprints into their legs with it being pre season.

He mentioned in the post-game interview that they've not worked on transition play without the ball yet, only with the ball due to most of the lads isolating.
