The lady on the turnstyle didn't even scan mine, she just waved me in .

Wonder how many did that and if it counted the attendance correctly?

I could be wrong, but i'm sure the official attendance is based on ticket sales.

Fans have been wanting these cards for a few seasons now, and now they’ve got them their still not satisfied. DRFC can’t win can they.

COYR

Asking questions and having discussions is not a sign of not being satisfied

Your post did imply you could'nt see any advantage to use them apart from less bulky.

Turnstile operator's with hand held barcode readers, can’t see what benefits they bring apart from they are less bulky than the season ticket books

It saves on printing a book for everybody.

It doubles as a DNA card.

It enables print at home tickets.

It's a major step forward to going to a fully automated system.

Implemented at a relatively small cost at a time when finances were on a knife edge.

I would say that's enough of a benefit to be getting along with.

I definitely prefer it.
Me too

I nearly lost mine on it's first outing, i had it in the same pocket has my phone.
I used my phone , then as i went to put it back in my pocket the ST was hanging half way out. two slippery surfaces together are a recipe for a disaster.
My be the club could give/sell cheap holders for them.

Put it in your wallet?

Nearly 60 and never had a wallet , always carry money loose in my pockets, and only take my Credit cards out when absolutely necessary.

In 40 ish years of carrying money loose in your pockets you've probably already lost enough fives, tens and twenties to buy a season ticket and don't even know it.

I also haven’t had a wallet for donkeys years.  I do have a money clip though and it is just fine for keeping some plastic cards and £150 in my pocket.

How do you take care of your bank cards?

I've answered that above, i only take my Bank cards out when i need to, and i wouldn't take them to an home game.
Any way sorted now just purchased a new holder for my ST , so no more near misses hopefully.

I don’t think I’ve ever had £150 in my pocket!
