I would agree about bogle overall in his time with us, but tonight he has hardly lost anything

Dont agree, hes hardly had it to lose!

Good flicked header there to win the free kick though.

Well, that was poor. What happened to the attractive football we were promised from Wellens. Hoof, hoof, hoof continuously. Awful to watch.

Irrespective of the result, that was an awful game of football.

So, apart from an unfortunate goalkeeping error, we'd have come away with a point from a team that took 6 from us last season. Reasons to be hopeful....& faithful.

But we didn't.

Not a lot, if anything, to get excited about. Think we could play another 90 mins and wouldn’t score. Need to get a striker in. Did seem to play with a bit more purpose when Cam John came on, maybe start with him, moving TR into midfield. Anyway on to Saturday

Onwards and upwards

Too many lightweights Accrington won almost every second and third ball, that was awful to watch, would could be playing until this time next week and not score

Well that was garbage. Not one positive to take from that display.

Making mistakes at the back and clueless up top. It’s only 3 games, but we are in a mess and it’s no good just sitting around waiting for injured players to come back. Some, or all, may have set-backs or worse.

Bottom at Christmas with zero points? I wouldn’t be surprised from where we are right now. Unbeaten Pompey up next!

It hasn’t been the difficult start some would have you believe, either. 2 very winnable games with Wimbledon and Accrington. We’ve lost both without a whimper.

Whilst I still have faith things will right themselves anyone that isn’t even slightly concerned would be a fibber

Well at least vicars prediction about us being bottom of the league tonight didn't come to pass.
