Really sharp and funny guy. Liked his sarcasm and enjoyed his time on the two versions of "8 Out Of 10 Cats".

He will be sadly missed. Far better than some of the current crop.

I'm absolutely gutted about this. Having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact he'll never be on another episode of Cats or Cats Does Countdown.

He was hilarious. Witty, sarcastic, sardonic, cutting, dry and just...funny. If Sean Lock was on a panel show and HE laughed at another comedian's joke, you knew it must be funny. That's how brilliant he was.

Absolutely spot on, on Cats does Countdown when Joe Wilkinson is reading his poem about train station toilets, Sean's reaction is priceless. It's genuinely one of my favourite bits of TV ever. RIP Sean

The thing I liked about Sean was how unassuming he was. It was like someone had allowed that bloke down the pub on stage. He never dressed up for the cameras, just that fella in the glasses.

And he'd come out with the funniest sarcastic stuff ever. His jokes were clever.

Like his Tiger who fancied a pint skit. The funniest joke is him explaining why the tiger prefers a pint of Kronenbourg. It wouldn't be half as funny if it wasn't particularly Kronenbourg.

Magic.

Went to see one of his gigs a couple of years ago. Absolutely brilliant.

A sad loss.
