Absolutely no fight in this team whatsoever and that I'm afraid is totally down to Wellens, budgets have nothing to do with it. Cambridge, Accrington, Burton and a few others will have a lower budget than us yet they appear to be showing a lot more fight and desire than us!!

I put it down to long term player recruitment too when you consider the performances at the end of the season.

From the start of the season it was all wrong in fact from the start of pre season, things need to change not just Wellens but above him 2

As it stands at the moment, our goal difference is twice as bad as the next worse in league one. Without stating the obvious if we don't start stringing a few wins together soon it's going to be a very long season

This has been as poor as it has ever been for a long long time. Not one to jump on sack the manager bandwagon, but the powers to be at DRFC have a lot of thinking to do about RW’s future. If change is to be made it has to be sooner rather than later though.

Onwards and upwards, and hoping for a lot better on Saturday

Two 6-0 in a matter of weeks are grounds for resigning, that was a horror show!

Unless we go on amazing run I wouldn't trust him with any money in January. I think he will be gone before Christmas.

Come on Richie.  What are you going to change?  Earn your corn!

This is atrocious.  I can accept losing, but I demand hard work. Too many strolling around and taking no care with their passes.

Get it changed.
Well Rob what players have we got to change it if you can’t see that the you must think this squad is better than what they are. We needed to bring in better we couldn’t so let’s have a go at the manager.

Richie sets the tactics, sets them up, sets the game plan. At 2-0 down that's gone and it's obvious that we can't pass let alone have a shot on goal.

He has to change something. Anything. Instead he's pacing up and down the technical area with his arms folded. He can see how bad it is if we all can. He's in a position to do something, we aren't.

Shocking. Interested to see what RW says and how he plans to right the ship.

The only way he can right the ship is to walk, get someone in that knows a bit about management
