Settle for a draw. I will take that, although a win would be  great.

Knoyle puts that left of keeper and it’s one up.

Totally void of quality when it matters.

That there sums up rovers season so far. On top first half. Zero quality in final third. Now paying the price. Again.
Gills do not deserve to be winning this.
Knoyle had two good chances first half. His decision making was shocking.

On a night when Crewe, shrews, fleetwood and charlton getting beat, this is difficult to take. So much at stake.

We are so weak going forward. Can't remember a rovers team that was as poor as this in the final third, relative to the standard required.

I think we might have been better with Thomas and Bingham upfront a few years ago. They had better goal return than this lot.

Dodoo how to waste a free kick in a very challenging position . Cant even hit it on target.
I’ve spoken about the young lad at Thorne Colliery Evan Fortune west. Can he really be worse than anyone we have up front at the moment ?

Can we sign loan players from that division? We’re only interested in developing other teams players

The only outfield loanees are Galbraith and Cukur, so that sounds a bit dramatic.

So disappointing.so much promise in the first half. It’s like they stayed in the dressing room for the second half.
What  really cuts deep is all the results went our way tonight for at least a draw.

We are basically playing without a striker when Cuker is up there. He’s miles off it. Dodoo is poor. JH is decent but when they the only one who carries a threat we don’t have much hope. Taylor and Fey were the answer but they may not play 15 games between them this season.

I'd rather have Bingham and Thomas than that waste of space Dodoo. Someone compared him to Ivan Toney a few weeks ago which is hilarious just because he scored against Man City u12s. Worst striker in God knows how long

Injuries meant not enough subs, so instead of putting Bogle on the bench we go without the option up top.

Makes no sense to me, I can't get my head around how Wellens thinks.
Does anybody trust his recruitment as far as the next window goes?

Is a bit, I tend to get dramatic when we lose!

Point stands though. Cukur has played better of late but we won’t benefit from his experience next season in L2.

Our crossing tonight had been disgraceful. Compare that to Gills who put dangerous balls into the box on several occasions.

That was the difference.

If we can’t score we have problems.

That was a game we should really have won comfortably. How many chances did we waste?
Gillingham as usual only dangerous on set pieces and yet again that was our undoing. That place is a graveyard for us. What a shocking record we have at the Priestfield.

Needs to change quickly of we our going to have our work cut out to survive.

No. If the board believe there’s a good chance of staying up if some money is thrown at it in Jan we can’t have Wellens and Younger wasting it.

Same applies on L2 next season can the people who took us to rock bottom of L1 be trusted to push for promotion? Fergie had a much bigger CV when he was trusted with that. From what I’ve seen I wouldn’t be doing that again.

We supposedly had 6 easier games. Once they are done if we’re still looking like this then it’s time to go IMO

For how well we played the first half, we forgot everything we had done.
Knoyle is a liability, pity Seaman is injured as a real chance to get in the team on Saturday. Best game Williams has had in ages
