Was at Gateshead last night watching my local/2nd team Marske United in the 4th Qualifying round replay - what a match! Non-stop action, passion, goals and excitement!

I honestly think either team from last night would give this current Rovers team a good game too, I'm afraid to say.

Up the Seasiders!  :bscarf:

Tv companies only show teams with big support SWFC v PAFC or likely upsets when the non league team is at home, most of the time, but no doubt someone will quote a match from years ago

Showing Saturday 3pm. Also it's not on the BBC any more and that was why half the games were on a Sunday

Wednesday v Plymouth. Why?

Piss take for Plymouth fans as well having to do that kick off time on a Sunday.

Google says 6 hours 45 mins for trip by road...... provided there are no hold ups - so to give themselves some slack, they will need to set off at 3am or overnight it.......

Slightly better by train, but again it will probably be a pre 6am start.

Will avoid this game due to the sheer number of absolute braindead f**kwits amongst both sets of 'fans'. Are FA Cup games on ifollow?

Yes has say about 6 hrs by car or bus.
There’s no trains out of Plymouth to Sheffield on Sunday morning until after 9am so that’s no good.
So it looks like the majority of Plymouth supporters will be watching on TV.

Is there a date and kick off time yet was going round Sheffield for a drink then on to the arena to see madness and squeeze but will go to Scunthorpe then the arena if it's a Saturday with a 3 o'clock kick off

I reckon they will make us ko early to avoid the early drinkers being a problem

They like to bus people from Althorpe Station as well but Sunday's there are no slow trains on that line so I will guess Saturday 12 noon ko

Bunnies 1 (Beestin) Rovers 4
Don’t know how the hell you expect us to score four my old mate, where are the goals going to come from ? Let’s have a bet, a couple of pints of end pump at the Jemmy, I say we won’t score more than two.

What's wrong with Flying to Doncaster Airport then on to Sheffield, and the Plymouth fans can wonder for the rest of their life why they call it Doncaster/Sheffield airport seeing as it is so far away to the game.

Bolton v Stockport will be big. Even more so now that Sarcevic has gone to County.

Plymouth is about 4 and half or 5 hours and will have chosen it because of Wednesday fans so will get the viewing figures

It's definitely not 6 hours in the car. I've done it more than once in less to Doncaster and Sheffield is further south.

I don't think there are any flights between Doncaster Airport and any other UK airport.

We've been given an initial allocation of 650 for this game at 15 quid a pop for adults. Now a 1pm kick off.

How many are we likely to take for this one then anyone care to guess?

Not sure how many the away end holds at Scumthorpe but surely we'd fill it?

1678 plus 500 down the side if there is demand

Can’t remember us not selling out in recent years at scunny and with us hopefully going into the game on good form (touch wood) we should be filling out behind the goal at least.

We didn’t sell out a few years when Alfie Beeston scored the very late equaliser, there was plenty spare seats

Scunny set the prices don't they?

Pretty sure they would have charged a tenner against someone like Harrogate or Barnet.

my mistake then, but we usually go there in good numbers and with us hopefully going there on the back of a good run of form and it looking very likely that it could be the last time we play them in a good few year (barring the PJT game) I would be surprised if we didn’t take 1500+.

 Well that’s me not going due to finishing work at 2pm in Donny. I would have made it nicely for 3pm. Absolutely p1ssed off about police and clubs changing local fixture times at a whim. Can’t remember the last local derby I went to because of this
