Anti takeover banner at Crystal Palace.

The police are investigating a banner held aloft by palace fans during their game against Newcastle.
While some may have found it offensive, I don’t believe there is anything racist about it.
There may be a sec 5 public order act offence at most if anyone was alarmed or distressed by it. The statements on it seemed pretty factual though.
Interesting to see Newcastle players take the knee also. Ironic.

Sadly Didnt realise palace were playing them today and a  trick was missed

As you know palace fans love the dave clarke five and chant   " glad all over ".

Shame someone didnt request another dave clarke 5 song be played as the Newcastle teamcameout.

Not sure who would be offended by the banner, one should be proud of what a country does in ones name.

I'm assuming that it is the Saudi's that are offended, I could be wrong of course.
