Yes. But I think it was a reaction to the crowd, perfoance and the timing of the goal than anything to do with Olowu or team spirit. The players were looking to create a reaction.

Anderson seemed to be after the ball to get started again, strange in 4th minute of injury time, surely there wouldn't be chance to score another.

Imagine if he’d said yeah we wanted to kill the game and hold out for 1-1.

if that was the case then so be it. But surely a simple instruction to the team from the touch line to not time waste would suffice. Can’t be that difficult.
If he’d said he wanted to hold out for the draw I’d respect him if he was honest. Instead, every game he’s publicly sticking the boot into the players and absolving himself of any culpability.
He doesn’t come across very well to me which makes me think any player would not respond well to this.
