Cricket is a religion in UK Asian communities.If Yorkshire still enforced the must be born in Yorkshire rule, then they would still have a huge talent pool in Asian communities to draw from in Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Rotherham.If there is one institution in Yorkshire that should be a bastion of equal opportunity then it is Yorkshire CCC.

Vast majority would see professional sport as a very worthwhile career imo.
