Like Welling Rover, I've known Dave since we were little lads playing cricket and football on the clip claps in Skellow.
Always the same was Dave, a straight up bloke.
Commiserations to Simon and the rest of his family.
RIP Dave lad

As with the rovers itself there's many on here that you know by face or nickname alone. I've just seen a picture of Dave and realised who he is , deepest condolences to the family

First met Dave in the mid eighties at Tattersfield, then when first started going Belle Vue would always have a chat to him while he was stewarding. Saw him at every match until lately with his illness.
Doncaster through and through, always a smile, lovely man, RIP Dave, condolences to Simon and his family.
