I think there will be fewer than normal. A lot of people I know physically have covid. Sadly those who haven't haven't even had their first jab as well.
For is it means less fans for Sunderland a different 4000 turn up. They'd probably fetch 10k if allowed.

I personally don't find it offensive it's just banter to me but if people think it has no place inside football stadiums then I can see that too .

I've always thought if opposition fans are giving you pelters then you've done something right over the years to warrant it .

It's the same with abusing opposition players , nobody bothers with the poor ones .

I don't know about that but what I can say is the new development in the town centre is absolutely fantastic .

A source of real pride , I think anyone from outside the borough would be amazed if they saw it given the town's reputation isn't that high .

I've always thought it was odd the song was for Barnsley and not Rotherham. Barnsley is much better place and town centre than Rotherham.

Really good town centre for shopping is Barnsley, better than ours, although the make over hasn't improved the food much in the food hall, much better in Donny.

I’ve not heard this before and not sure that I want to.   To be honest, I find all this offensive chanting and mocking of opposition players and fans quite unnecessary and at times distasteful.  All this ‘scabs’ and ‘paedo’ nonsense is dressed up as banter and winding up and I know that it happens at other football clubs in one form or another and has become part of the match day ‘experience’ for some, but it just leads to anger, hatred and sometimes violence amongst rival fans.  It rarely seems to happen in other sports though, just football. 
I would much prefer to go to a football match where opposing fans concentrated solely on getting behind their own players and team and creating a proper atmosphere that everyone can enjoy.
