A lot of people were disappointed with only an 18 month contract for such a young & potentially exciting prospect - however GM confirmed in his Clayton interview confirmed that Younger will get another year depending on completing requisite number of games, which is good news

I know it’s only one game so we shouldn’t get carried away but, he looked the ‘real deal’.
Looking forward to seeing him play again Saturday.

If it didn’t work out though then eighteen months looks shrewd. I think he will be a good signing.

Interesting that the club have negotiated such a clause given our injury problems.

It's a two way thing and I congratulate this young man for being willing to be confident in his own ability to improve and make a career for himself here at Doncaster Rovers and even beyond if he is good enough.
But on the other side of the coin, how many people who work doing any job have the security of 18months work in front of them, how many reading this are 100% certain they will be doing the same job in 18months time?

Suppose it depends how many won't be able to do their career by time they are mid thirty's and are surrounded by colleagues with exactly same arrangement
