DNA Card won’t register

I thought I’d be already registered but when I put details in it said not.
Tried the register now option and that gives me an invalid message.
I’ve tried the phone number though nobody answering.
Any ideas ?

Mine doesn't work either.
You can still use your LNER discount though.

I picked mine up at one of the recent night games. It’s pretty poor now and is mainly focused at kids stuff with loads at Xscape at Cas so I’ve given it away to a girl at work.

I know season ticket holders at Scunny the other season got a matchday programme every league game as part of their season ticket. I'd have much preferred that as an option instead.

Purple voucher book was a freebie, totally agree they aren’t a patch on what they were but there’s a few bits there and as stated it’s free

When you claim the LNER discount you only use the last 12 numbers - it could be the same hot registering your card? Otherwise I think there’s a number you can ring on the site.
