James Hanson  a centre forward who has played much higher up is on the bench ... I think for Boston .... Another ringer here

clayton DONALDson who is nearly 40 is the other York striker

and guess who Paul Green is playing !!!!!
Loads of oldies on the pitch

Or should we say "preloved" players.

As well as a John Lewis we also have a Dewhurst (butcher) on the pitch even a Barrow (boy)

Apparently if someone is leading at 90 minutes they are NOT  going to put the minutes board up for injury time to try and
Stop a pitch invasion.

Attendance 7,500

Come on York .... Do it for YORKSHIRE .... And Harry Gration probably your No.1 fan

Guy Mowbray is big York fan. Hope they beat Boston. They have suffered big time under the appalling management of Jackie MacNamara. Hopefully they are on the way back.

Mowbray will be there, he was in a local pub last night with friends chatting about the game.

I wished them the best of luck for today.

…unless Halifax win the play-offs. Eliminator with the Spireites on Tuesday.

Greeny has played a lot for Boston lately.
And he has been awesome.

I went to the match today….supporting York. It was a good entertaining game although the ref did his level best to spoil it for York. Tremendous atmosphere.

Great to see them promoted up to the National League. Their fans have stuck with them and really deserve to see them back in the league. Maybe next year

Great achievement - out of interest what crowds have they been getting at the new stadium?

Their home crowd has averaged about 3250. Precious few away fans. Fantastic support in National League North.
