If England do that then we have sunk even further than the Hungarians. They don't claim to be bastions of moral virtue.

G Southgate puts himself up as a man of principal as do a lot of the players.

Let’s see where their principals lie now

I think we all know.  Only applicable when it suits them

No tickets have been made available for any members of the England Supporters Club, so we're following the rules closely. Can't see why England should be criticised for this.

Because when supporters are banned there should be no supporters Martin.

It’s in Hungary, nothing to do with England

But then again, DVR said something about 2000 at the Italy game.
That could mean that there will be 2000 for Englands game against Italy.
Is that at Wolverhampton.

It is Hound, doing exactly the same as Hungary but on a much reduced scale

The scale with Hungary is worse but in principle we’re no better. Behind closed doors should mean behind closed doors.

it's a pointless game, the players just don't want to be there after a long season

Not worth crossing the road to watch that game today. The Wrexham v Grimsby game made it look like a walk in the park.

Some of the rules that football authorities make are beyond belief.
So there is a ban on fans attending a match.
But it is ok allow kids in with an adult.
Unbelievable.
