Socks are all white with DRFC up the back in black. Just been and picked the shorts and socks up for my lad after getting him the shirt last night.

Shorts here: https://www.eliteprosports.co.uk/product/doncaster-rovers-22-23-home-shorts/

Oh and if you go on to the "official kit" tab on the above link, you can click on the home shirt and see the back of it as well.

I wanted us to be in black shorts and socks but to be honest I think those new white shorts looked quite good.

Yeah, I think the kits look smarter with black or white shorts/socks rather than red.

I think the black shorts/socks combo was a JR thing, so it might not come back without him driving it.

It isn’t really a “kit” though, it’s just a shirt. A kit is the shirt with shorts and socks and a view of the back of the shirt with the numbers and names. It seems that we, the fans, have been short changed yet again.

No doubt a lot of female fans are looking forward to the team running out naked from the waist down!

Kits can be a marmite product. However what you can’t deny is the quality of the evening that DRFC produced. Excellent interviews with the new recruits, JC, and the Heritage project. The final reveal of the new kit was delivered by some real legends of the club, Glyn Snodin, Jimmy O’Connor, Dougie, Steve Lister, etc etc.

Well done DRFC.

Don't start acting like all is resolved and forgiven at the club because they put an event on to reveal a less than average kit.

This post says a lot more about you than it does me, or even DRFC.  Lol

PS. I won't be taking life lessons from you anytime soon.

Is there any more info out there or due to be released about this, for those of us that couldn't make last night?

It's not out there yet, but it can't be far away.

Last night was recorded so I would expect that to be made available soon as well.

Just seen that. Great work by all involved. I look forward to Nic Priet being invited to a match to be presented with his number.  :)

No, EFL regs don’t allow it.

Interesting that we bent the regs/got our hands slapped over the Copps 26 kit

Just watched the vid of the event and throughly enjoyed it.

The shirt looks even better as worn by the ex players.

A like the heritage number initiative so we'll done to the club for introducing it.

Looks like everyone enjoyed the evening and let's hope this early season optimism carries through. We need something to smile about with all the crap going on in the world!

COYR.

Crikey, you are on one aren't you

You had a pop at me accusing me of doing something I wasn't doing and now you're having a pop at the VSC and using the dislike of the kit to cover your juvenile behaviour.

You do have issues don't you.

They've gone back to the hoops which is the main thing ... all the rest is grown men squabbling over fashion - it's not very dignified is it.
