Can wait to read their articles this week about how disgusting it is when workers go on strike.

Yeah would love to see that rabid far right Leo McKinstry or the horrible Carol Malone on the picket line.

I saw a report yesterday, from Citibank, that inflation will reach 18% next year. If it does, just imagine the climate of strikes. The Conservatives will face the huge dilemma of letting market forces dictate or imposing an incomes policy to seek to control inflation.....

It's going to be an interesting couple of years...

Apart from wages are clearly not the reason for rising inflation as their value has declined at the fastest rate since records began.

There is plenty of research out there to suggest the real driver for inflation is corporate profits.

Should be paying workers what they are worth - and solve issues of shortages of staff in industries like transport and NHS, plus tax corporate profits back to pre 2008 levels of 30%

You can guarantee that the scabs who fill the Express whilst the journos are striking will use one of the following headlines :-
“ Princess Di - The startling new evidence”. Or
“ Madeline - The startling new evidence”.  Or
“ Boris - In his own words -Excerpts from his autobiography, written during his well earned 6 week holiday”
